What to Bring

The best way to start your yoga class is being prepared!

  • Yoga Mat (don’t have one? no problem, rent one from us!)
  • Towels for Hot yoga (one for your mat, one for yourself – we rent those too)
  • Reusable water bottle. Filtered water is available to refill your water bottle
  • Avoid eating 2 hours before practice
  • Arrive well hydrated
  • Wear clothes you feel comfortable in
  • Arrive 15 mins prior to class..late comers are not permitted to class…Sorry!
  • Please turn off your cell phone.. There are no cell phones permitted in the practice room
  • Please observe silence in the practice room. It’s our chance to relax in a busy day!
