Non- heated
Community Class
Our community classes are a great way to drop by and check out the studio. Taught by our newest instructors, these classes are open to all levels and are affordably priced. The southend community class is heated.
Flow + Restore
Flow + Restore is one of Myoga’s favorite classes! The vinyasa portion of the class will connect breath with movement, allowing the body to release tension and stress. The class finishes with a long, sweet restorative sequence, offering even deeper levels of relaxation so you will emerge feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Hatha Yoga
This style of yoga provides a great stretch and strengthens the body. Also for those who want to learn the correct alignment and breathing in basic yoga poses. No previous experience required. This class is intended to be accessible to all people and the environment is safe, inviting and enjoyable!

Healing Yoga
This class is for those who, for whatever reasons, are drawn to a gentler, more recuperative, healing style of yoga. If you are recovering from illness or injury, or are feeling emotionally or physically fragile, this class would serve your needs. Classes could include restorative or yin yoga to soothe the soul, or more strengthening poses to help improve range of motion and remind us of our vitality. The central pillar of this practice is the breath that connects us to ourselves, each other and all that is.
Intro to Yoga
Learn the basics of yoga with Intro to yoga, a 5 week series. Class is suitable for all levels, ages and body types. you will learn basic yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation that will inspire you on and off the mat!
Power Vinyasa Hot
Power vinyasa is a dynamic form of asana movement evolved from the original teachings of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Power Vinaysa develops dynamic flexibility, muscular strength, increased bone density and agility; all essential to true health. This strong vinyasa practice is done in a room heated to 35 degrees with 40% humidity. We emphasize the flow of breath while creating a balance of strength and freedom in each pose.
The room is heated to 34 degrees to aid in detoxification through sweat and blood circulation as well as to provide a mental challenge.
Prenatal Yoga
Connect with your baby, calm your mind and relax your body as you journey toward motherhood. An excellent preparation for birthing with breath as you practice staying open, present and grounded! Come feel the love of a supportive community, this class is filled with positive energy.

Restorative Yoga
In Restorative yoga props are used to support the body allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. The postures are usually adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks , bolsters , and blankets to eliminate unnecessary straining. This style of yoga invites your body/mind into stillness, the result is time to devote to healing and restoring the natural processes of the body.
Vinyasa Flow Hot
Vinyasa flow is a fun and dynamic class! Be prepared to be challenged and inspired. Sequences can include sun saluations, standing, balancing, seated and twisting postures and may even include introductions to arm balances and inversions. Flow is not a set series, allowing instructors the freedom to play with alignment and movement. You will finish feeling energized, calm and ready to face your world. Free your body, free your mind, and free your spirit so you can flow with grace throughout your day.

Yin
Yin yoga is a very deep, integrated style of yoga that uses long, passive holds to work on the deep, dense connective tissues of the body. Suitable for almost all levels of students, yin yoga is the perfect complement to a yang or power yoga practice. Yin yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
Yoga Basics
Our Beginner classes are powerful, learning experiences in which you will focus on more foundational poses and transitions. You will be taught how to modify postures to suit your needs. Yoga Basics is designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga asanas (postures) and breathing techniques and help build confidence in your practice.
Yoga Nidra
Also known as yogic sleep with awareness. It is intended to induce full body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of relaxation.
