Beginner Yoga Level One 5 Week Session

- In these sessions, we will explore some of the basic postures, breathing and meditation techniques utilized in a regular practice. Practicing with us will give you an accessible yoga experience to enhance your life as it has ours!
Are you new to yoga?
- Yoga Mat (don’t have one? no problem, borrow one from us!)
- Reusable water bottle. Filtered water is available to refill your water bottle
- Avoid eating 2 hours before practice
- Arrive well hydrated
- Wear clothes you feel comfortable in
- Arrive 15 mins prior to class..late comers are not permitted to class…Sorry!
- Please turn off your cell phone.. There are no cell phones permitted in the practice room
- Please observe silence in the practice room. It’s our chance to relax in a busy day!
