Beginner Yoga

Please Note this is a Beginner Yoga Level 2 session. Level 1 will resume in January 2020.

  • In these sessions, we will explore some of the basic postures, breathing and meditation techniques utilized in a regular practice. Practicing with us will give you an accessible yoga experience to enhance your life as it has ours!

Are you new to yoga?

  • Yoga Mat (don’t have one? no problem, borrow one from us!)
  • Reusable water bottle. Filtered water is available to refill your water bottle
  • Avoid eating 2 hours before practice
  • Arrive well hydrated
  • Wear clothes you feel comfortable in
  • Arrive 15 mins prior to class..late comers are not permitted to class…Sorry!
  • Please turn off your cell phone.. There are no cell phones permitted in the practice room
  • Please observe silence in the practice room. It’s our chance to relax in a busy day!
